This page describes how MEDICOXE+ approaches the protection of your account and the health information you store in it. We list only measures that are actually in place; placeholders mark details that must be confirmed for your deployment.
Access to your data
- Your records are tied to your account and are shown to you after you sign in.
- Reports, prescriptions, medicines and reminders are visible only within your own account.
- You can delete individual records, or your whole account, at any time.
Technical measures
MEDICOXE uses managed cloud infrastructure with account-based authentication and access controls so that your records are associated with your account. We do not make claims about protections that are not implemented, and no online service or method of transmission and storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Device-side responsibilities
- Keep your device locked and your operating system updated.
- Use a strong, unique password for your MEDICOXE+ account and do not share it.
- Camera, gallery and notification permissions can be revoked in your device settings at any time.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please contact support@medicoxe.in with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access other users' data while testing.
